Make status data visible
Appropriate machine contacts such as running, waiting and fault can be read on the digital inputs. While NetRelay triggers the local Andon lamp, it can relay the same event to the central software via MQTT or HTTP.
Data quality
Contact meanings must be verified with the machine manufacturer, and filtering must be applied for short pulses. NetRelay should be used as an auxiliary state collection layer without interfering with the machine's safety PLC.
